We build a
global sisterhood
in agriculture

The Women in Ag Foundation is a non-profit organization (VZW under Belgian law) committed to creating meaningful opportunities for women in agriculture. Building on the success of Women in Ag Magazine, we aim to increase visibility, foster leadership, and promote collaboration across borders.

Women play a vital role in agriculture — from managing farms and leading innovation to sustaining rural communities. Yet their voices are often underrepresented. We work to change that.
