Women in Ag Magazine #3

Women in Ag 3 is out now! We are proud to present you with this third edition of Women in Ag Magazine, a project that was a dream a little over one year ago but has brought you the inspiring stories of women in agriculture from all over the world since March 2021!

For this edition, Women in Ag travelled to Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, Scotland, Brazil and even New Zealand. Our goal remains collecting inspiring stories from the strong women in our sector from all around the world.

In this third issue, we bring you the stories of Valerie Walpot, who left her life in Belgium to go manage a farm in New Zealand, and Tiara Sauaia, who left her Kansas city life to follow her heart and is now a rancher in Brazil. Scottish farmer Amy Geddes tells us about her dreams of riding around the farm with her daughters and observing nature from the saddle.

Marie Mouton, Director of Communications, Events and Digital Marking for Europe at CNH Industrial, tells us about her company’s presence at fairs and its vision on diversity. This edition’s outsider is Eveline Jacques, Technical Advisor Fruit at Bayer. Pass the pen takes us to Martine van Wesemael‘s farm in the Dutch polders, where she cooks the delicious salty vegetables the family is growing. As per usual, we end the magazine with Melanie Epp‘s column where she talks about mental health this time.
